Beautiful day on the trail today. Deb met me at the end of my hike and took me back to my car so I didn't have to bike shuttle. Ironically the day deb shuttles me there was no wind - none at all. It seems like every day I have headwinds on my bike shuttle and the day I don't shuttle no wind. Wind today would have been nice as I had my headnet on for the entire hike. The mosquitos were out in force.
Due to the rain everything was wet, but again, just amazing scenery. The trail passed by 4 lakes that aren't accessible by anything other than foot - they are beautiful.
Tomorrow I won't be hiking - we are supposed to get lots of rain and I also have things to do here at home.
This tree apparently had an interesting life
